Michael Tewes

Michael Tewes 45, Wausau, died Monday, September 22, 2008 at home under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services. He was born January 16, 1963 in Wausau, son of the late Wallace and Ruth (Urban) Tewes. Michael was the manager at Carpet City in Wausau for 25 years. He was a devoted patron at the Eagles Club, organizing many of their fundraisers. Survivors include his three brothers, Wallace Tewes Jr., Wausau, Steven (Paula) Tewes, Wausau and Jeffrey (Cindy) Tewes, Stevens Point; special friend, Julie Hess, Wausau and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Friends may call Wednesday, September 24, 2008 from 4-8 p.m. at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 6th Street, Wausau.
