Mary Angela Wilde

Mary Angela Wilde 56, 913 Park Avenue, Wausau, died Saturday December 27, 2003 at her home. She was born September 18, 1947 in Wausau, daughter of Wilmer and Ruth (Trantow) Wilde, Wausau. A 1965 graduate of Wausau High School, Mary attended the UW Marathon Center and the UW Stevens Point, where she graduated with a degree in Geography in 1969. After living briefly in Denver, Colo., and Portland, Ore., she returned to Wausau and attended North Central Technical College where she earned a degree in Accounting. For the past 27 years, she had been employed as manager at Angelo's Pizza Villa. Mary was an avid golfer and was a Master Gardener. She also enjoyed the companionship of her two cats. Survivors include her parents, Wilmer and Ruth Wilde, Wausau, a sister, Barbara (Paul) Gover, Plover, a nephew, Benjamin (Jill) Gover, Milwaukee, a niece, Meghan (Benjamin) Brzozowski, Appleton, a great-nephew, a great-niece; uncle & aunt, Roy & Betty Passow, Wausau and many friends. She is also survived by special friends, Roxanne & Hallye Webb. Memorial services will be 1:30 p.m. Weds. December 31, 2003 at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau. Rev. Steven Foster will officiate. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Wausau. Friends may call on Weds. from Noon until the time of services at the Sixth Street funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Wesley United Methodist Church, Wausau.
