Mary R. Perrodin

Mary R. Perrodin 73, town of Goodrich, died Sunday, July 10, 2011 at her home, under the care of Ministry Home Care Hospice. She was born January 30, 1938 in Park Falls, daughter of the late William and Esther (Chambers) Gotz. On March 25, 2000, she married Larry Perrodin in Athens. He survives. Mary was preceded in death by her first husband, Gerald Eckes. Among her favorite pastimes, she enjoyed quilting and flower gardening. She was a member of the A&H Snowmobile Club and the senior card club. Survivors include her husband, Larry Perrodin, town of Goodrich; four children, Sharon Spangler, Athens, Richard (Katherine) Eckes, Muskego, William (Tamara) Eckes, Palo, Iowa and Shirley Eckes, Hatley; seven grandchildren, Jared, Justin, Jeremy, Matthew and William Eckes and Amber and Dustin Brown; two great grandchildren, Olivia and Valerie Brown; and two sisters, Martha Koplien and Judy Gotz, both of Marshfield. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 14, 2011 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Athens. The Very Reverend Charles Hiebl will preside. Burial will be in the Hillside Cemetery, Marshfield. Friends may call Wednesday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Athens and again on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the church.
