Mary Ann M. Andrzcyzak 86, Wausau, died Saturday April 30, 2011 at Mount View Care Center, Wausau. She was born May 14, 1924 in Bevent, daughter of the late Louis and Mary (Burant) Mullen. On May 3, 1947 she married Royal Andrzcyzak at St. Michael Catholic Church, Wausau. They will be united today in heaven on their 64th wedding anniversary. He preceded her in death on February 17, 2005. Mary Ann was a homemaker and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a former Brownie Leader, a member of the Rosary Confraternity and also a member of St. Michael Catholic Church P.C.C.W. MaryAnn was a trustee for the Equitable Reserve Association. Mary Ann loved gardening, sewing, tending to her flower beds and attending mass as often as she could. Her true passion was with her grandchildren; attending any such activity that she could, whether it was a sporting event or a dance recital. She also had a niche for crafts and ceramics and loved to take her projects to the Talent Shop. Survivors include her children, Charles (Dee) Andrzcyzak, Twin Lakes, Michael (Mary) Andrzcyzak and Maxine (George) Brzezinski, all of Wausau, four grandchildren, Kenneth (Nicole) Andrzcyzak, Marcia (Dan) Schlagenhaft, Samantha (Jeff) Knapp and Kailey Brzezinski and five great grandchildren, Cole and Kylan Andrzcyzak, Emma and Davis Schlagenhaft and Ryder Knapp. Besides her parents and husband she was preceded in death by six brothers, Ed, John, Joe, Max, Albin and Frank Mullen and four sisters, Theresa Ciszewski, Helen Mullen, Alice Narlock and Florence Meysembourg. The family would like to give a special "Thank You" for the care and compassion given to our mother through the years to Dr. Kevin O'Connell, Dr. Christopher Peterson and Dr. Matthew Hattenhauer, the staff of the Renaissance and an extra special thank you to the staff of Our House Senior Living Memory Care for their outstanding efforts to make Mom comfortable during her stay with them. You will never be forgotten by us may God Bless you all. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at St. Michael Catholic Church, Wausau. Burial will be in St. Michael Catholic Cemetery, Wausau. Friends may call on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services all at the church.
