Mary Jane Adamski 81, Wausau died Tuesday, November 29, 2011 under the care of Ministry Home Care Hospice at Marywood Convalescent Center, Wausau. She was born June 25, 1930 in Bevent, daughter of the late Edward and Mayme (Woytasik) Cherek. On November 27, 1948 she married Bernard Adamski at St. Paul Catholic Church, Mosinee. He preceded her in death on November 3, 2003. Mary Jane was a homemaker and was also a member of St. Anne's Fatima Council and Royal Neighbors of America. Survivors include her children, Dr. Gary (Char Atwood) Adamski, Beloit and Duane (Karen) Adamski, Fox Lake, Illinois, four grandchildren, Beth, Andy, Laura and Annie and two great grandchildren, Edison and Gwendolyn, one sister, Delores Blood, DeForest and two brothers, LeRoy (Diane) Cherek, Wausau and Jerome (Jeanette) Cherek, Mosinee. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Noon Saturday December 3, 2011 at the Church of St. Anne, Wausau. The Rev. Steven Brice will preside. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services all at the church. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau is in charge of arrangements.
