Marvin L. Leffel
73, town of Frankfort, died Thursday, April 1, 2004 at St. Joseph Hospital, Marshfield.
He was born September 6, 1930 in the town of Wien, son of the late Herman and Myrtle (Jaeger) Leffel. On October 19, 1968, he married Nancy Polzin in the town of Wien. She survives.
Marvin was in the US Army during the Korean Conflict.
Marvin was an independent truck driver hauling gravel thru out the area and then hauled for Leonard Leffel & Sons until the time of his retirement.
Besides his wife, Nancy Leffel, town of Frankfort, he was survived by three daughters, Holly (James) Murphy, St. Cloud, Minnesota, Cheryl (Ralph) Hoernke, town of Frankfort and Janice (Gordon) Brock, town of Emmett; one son, Clyde Dallmann, Prentice; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren and one brother, Leonard Leffel, Fenwood.
Memorial services will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 4, 2004 at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Edgar. Rev. Jeff Tarras will officiate. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. Sunday until the time of services at the Edgar funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Peace Lutheran Church, town of Frankfort.
