Martha M. Koy

Martha M. Koy, 100, Wausau, died Thursday, April 17, 2014 under the care of the Evergreen Unit at Mount View Care Center, Wausau. She was born July 6, 1913, in Plover, daughter of the late Anton and Rosaline (Kantowski) Worzalla. On September 27, 1932 she married Clarence J. Koy at St. Florian Catholic Church, Hatley. He preceded her in death on December 23, 1968. Martha was a member of the St. Rita Circle, at the Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, Wausau. She was a loving Mother to her son Donnie and was extremely close to her twin sister, Monica, and her sister-in-law, Marie Cepress{Koy, both preceded her in death. Survivors include one son, Donald (Phyllis) Koy; grandchildren, Scott (Terri) Koy, Andover, Minn., Chris (Laura) Koy, U.S. Army, Spring Hill, Tenn., Kendra (John) Rosplock, New Port Richey, Flor.; 8 great grandchildren; one sister, Victoria (Carl) Walters, Downey, Cali, one half sister Marion Corzalla, Milwaukee. Besides her parents and husband, Clarence, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Robert, grandchildren, Steven Koy, Michelle Koy, and other siblings. The funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at the Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, Wausau. Rev. Thomas Huff will preside. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services all at the church.
