Mark D. Reich

Mark D. Reich 40, Weston died Thursday February 16, 2012 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield. He was born July 20, 1971 in Wausau son of Ann (Wenzel) Reich, Weston and the late Ronald "Butch" Reich. Mark worked at Federal Mogul for more than 8 years and also managed Double 55 Sports Bar in Weston for many years as well. Some of his favorite pastimes included hunting, snowmobiling, watching NASCAR races and the Green Bay Packers. Mark was well known as a late model race car driver at many area local tracks around central Wisconsin. Survivors include his mother, Ann Reich, Weston, three aunts, Marie (Ronald) Juedes, Ringle, Joan (Jerry) Anklam, Wausau and Sharlene "Sharry" (Robert) Wells, Bartlesville, Oklahoma, two uncles, Gary (special friend Lucy) Reich, Mole Lake and Rick (Lynn) Reich, Kronenwetter and a great aunt, Betty Plautz, Wausau along with many cousins and friends. Mark was preceded in death by his father Ronald "Butch" Reich this past September. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday February 21, 2012 at St. Michael Catholic Church, Wausau. The Rev. William Grevatch will officiate. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services all at the church. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street Wausau is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in Mark's name.
