Mark A. Mischock

Mark Allen Mischock, 69, of Wausau, passed away peacefully at home, on Thursday, September 24, 2026, under the care of St. Croix Hospice and surrounded by family.

He was born on February 14, 1957, in Wausau, to Leroy and Evelyn (Engman) Mischock. Mark loved horses and hot rods from an early age. He enjoyed cooking and food throughout his life; potato dumplings, sauerkraut, and ribs being one of his favorite meals. In recent years, mowing the lawn on his John Deere tractor became a passionate past time. He lived life unapologetically and will be missed by those that loved him.

Survivors include his father, Leroy Mischock; sons, Timothy and Thomas Mischock; daughter, Tammy (Quentin) Thompson; grandchildren, Kassandra, Briar, and Chenoa Thompson; and great-grandchildren, Salem and Justin.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn (Engman) Mischock; and brother, Michael Mischock.
