Mark E. Hartman, 61, Kronenwetter, died Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at his home, due to natural causes.
He was born October 11, 1955 in Roscommon, Mich., son of the late Norval and Margaret (Henderson) Hartman. Mark was united in marriage to Susan Lukensmeyer on October 15, 1994. Together, they participated in a spiritual union on July 3, 2016.
For many years, Mark owned and operated Hartman Construction, working with construction and industrial concrete.
He was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church. God came first in his life, Susan was second and his 1937 Chevy Coupe came in third.
Survivors include, his loving wife and companion, Susan Hartman, Kronenwetter; one daughter, Samantha Hartman, Wausau; two grandchildren, Lily and Emmett; two sisters, Carol (Smitty) Smith, Davisburg, Mich. and Ellen (Rick) Unruh, Mountain View, Mo.; three nieces he treasured and thought of as his daughters, Jessica (William) King, Erin Lukensmeyer and Kelli (Dustin) Laffin; and a loving "Papa" to Jaxon, Hayden and Kali. A family that has been special to him for many years, Becky and Jim Holman, and their children Cooper and Ethan, Michigan.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Joyce.
Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 17, 2017 at Fellowship Baptist Church, 1130 Field Road., Kronenwetter. Rev. Larry D. Moodie will officiate. Visitation will be on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the church.
