Marjorie M. Roberts

Marjorie M. Roberts 89, Edgar, died Wednesday, June 10, 2009 under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. She was born November 2, 1919 in Milwaukee, daughter of the late George Sr. and Marie (Devlin) Fergot. In 1940 she married Robert Palmiteer in Dubuque, Iowa. He preceded her in death in 1980. In 1981 she married Arthur Roberts at Grace Presbyterian Church, Beaver Dam. He preceded her in death in 1994. Survivors include her two sons, Robert (Sonja) Palmiteer, South Carolina and David (Candy) Palmiteer, Randolph; two daughters, Sandra (Thomas) Washtock, Wisconsin Rapids and Diane (Robert) Petrowski, Dana Point, Calif.; Six grandchildren Kris (Brian) Reas, Mathew Palmiteer, Michele (Troy) Bemke, Rachael (Duane) Henson, Jason Palmiteer and Kimberly (Monte Drager) Palmiteer, Six great grandchildren Samantha, Tanner, Jenna, Dylan, Jeannine and Danielle; three brothers, Billy (Sylvia) Fergot, Edgar, Robert (Joyce) Fergot, Wausau and Sam (Mary) Fergot, Presque Isle; one sister, Nancy (Fritz) Ulrich, Stratford; sister-in-law, Lois Fergot, Chula Vista, Cal.; many other relatives and friends. Besides her parents and husbands she was preceded in death by three brothers, George, Roy and Gordon Fergot, one sister, Edith Moore, one sister-in-law, Doris Fergot and one brother-in-law, William Moore. Funeral services will be at Noon Monday, June 15, 2009 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Edgar. The Rev. Beverly Rehfeldt will officiate. Friends may call Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of services all at the Edgar funeral home. Burial will be in the Lake Emily Cemetery, Randolph on Tuesday at Noon.
