Marina F. Thibodeau 99, Wausau died Sunday, November 14, 2010 under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services, at Harmony Terrace Court, Wausau. She was born June 18, 1911 in Milwaukee, daughter of the late Joseph & Magdelina (Bertrand) Dietzler. Proceeded in death by her first husband, Arthur Weske and her second husband, Arthur Thibodeau. Marina was a longtime member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Wausau. She loved having fun with friends and family, and had a wonderful zest for life and a great sense of humor. Marina was a loving mother and friend to many. Among her many intersts, she enjoyed stitching, crocheting, knitting and many other crafts. She was a supervisor at Ma Bell for 35 years. Survivors include, one daughter, Katherine Hearn, Reedsburg; six grandchildren, Jan (Dennis) Gruber, Baraboo, Drew (Ann) McPhee, Las Cruces, New Mexico, Greg Rulli, John Rulli, Milwaukee, Lauri (Robert) Anderson, Wisconsin Dells and Jamie (Nicki) Schulenburg, Reedsburg; 12 great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren; one son-in-law, Martin Rulli, Milwaukee; nieces, Nancy (Donavan) Van Sleet, Wausau, Judy Lecher, Payson, Ariz., Sue Hoefler, Nil, Iowa; nephews, John Kreuzer, Bluffton, SC and Bernard Kreuzer, Wausau. Besides her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Beatrice Rulli; four sisters, Lucille Kreuzer, Marcy Altenhofen, Louise Dietzler and Katherine Pancheri; three brothers Frank, Bud and Ray Dietzler; one nephew, James Kreuzer; and son-in-law, Ralph Hearn. We have been blessed to have her in our lives and will miss her dearly. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 4, 2010 at St. Michael Catholic Church, Wausau. The Rev. William Grevatch will preside. Entombment will be in Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, Milwaukee. Friends may call on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at the church. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services.
