Marian Marie Ann Bumann

Marian Marie Bumann, 94, formerly of White Lake, Wisconsin, died Sat. December 14, 2002 at Kennedy Park Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Weston. She was born May 26, 1908 in Marathon, daughter of the late Anthony and Agatha (Blume) Bumann. Marian was the owner and operator of the White Lake Boarding House for many years, prior to her retirement. She was a devout catholic, as her faith was central to her life. Survivors include two sisters, Agatha Bumann and Adeline Bumann, both of Marathon. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Catherine, Ann and Rosalia 'Sally, six brothers, Joe, John, Anton, Rudy, Leo and Alex. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Weds. December 18, 2002 at The Church of St. Anne, Wausau. Rev. Steven Brice will preside. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Marathon. Friends may call on Weds. from 10 a.m. until the time of services at the church. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 6th St., Wausau, is in charge of arrangements.
