Mariah Hope Wilde

Mariah Wilde, Age 8, 318 Highway A, Marathon, died tragically as a result of an automobile accident on Saturday, February 22, 2003, in the town of Hamburg. Mariah was born October 1, 1994 in Wausau, daughter of Lynn (Klockziem) Wilde, Marathon, and the late Kieth Wilde. Mariah was an active member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Wausau. She was in the second grade at Maple Grove School in the town of Hamburg. She loved camping with her family, all animals and Winnie the Pooh, especially Tigger. Besides her mother, Lynn Wilde, Marathon, she is survived by one sister, Jessica Wilde; one brother, Brandon; maternal grandparents, Levi and Delphine Klockziem, town of Hamburg; paternal grandparents, Charles and Audrey Wilde, Wausau; great grandmother, Esther Wilde, Wausau. Mariah will be sadly missed by aunts, uncles, cousins and her classmates at Maple Grove School, town of Hamburg. Her father, Kieth died with her as a result of the auto accident. Funeral services will be noon, Saturday, March 1, 2003, at Wesley United Methodist Church, Wausau. The Rev. S. Steve Foster will officiate. Burial will be in St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery, town of Hamburg. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Friday at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau and again on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of services at the church. There will be a prayer service at 7:45 p.m. on Friday evening at the Stewart Avenue Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be directed to the Lynn Wilde Benefit Fund at Cloverbelt Credit Union.
