Margaret F. Reykdal 86, Tomahawk, died Thursday, October 13, 2005 at her residence in Wausau. She was born June 29, 1919 in Manawa, Wis., daughter of the late Otto and Anna Marie Hahn. On July 20, 1942, she married Rev. Lowell L. Reykdal in Manawa. He preceded her in death on August 12, 2003. She was a long time member of United Methodist Church, Tomahawk. Among her many interests, she enjoyed cooking, playing cards, domino's, board games and playing the piano. Survivors include four sons, Lowell (Judy) Reykdal Jr., Watertown, Howard (Nancy) Reykdal, Chattanooga, Tenn., Philip (Mary) Reykdal, Wauwatosa and Clifford (Ellen) Reykdal, Egan, Minn.; and five grandchildren, Robin, Ross, Neil, Aaron and Brett Reykdal. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Clarence Hahn and Emery Jones; and two sisters, Ruth Sturm and Viola Barrett. Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 22, 2005 at United Methodist Church, Tomahawk. Rev. Rebecca Niese will officiate. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery, Birnamwood. Friends may call Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the church. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau is in charge of arrangements.
