Lucille H. Rhyner
85, 6001 Alderson Street, Weston, died Tuesday, October 16, 2001 at Kennedy Park Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Weston.
Lucille was born August 22, 1916 in Wausau, daughter of the late John and Frances (Skarwecki) Wieloch. She married Ivan P. Rhyner September 17, 1934 at St. Michael Catholic Church, Wausau. He preceded her in death July 27, 1997.
Lucille was a homemaker, a Brownie leader at the former G.D. Jones School and a member of the St. Catherine Council at Holy Name Parish.
Survivors include one daughter, Rosemary (Art) Ryan, Weston, one daughter-in-law, Jean Rhyner, Wausau, four grandchildren, Colleen Ryan, Weston, Noreen (Greg) Kujawa, Wisconsin Rapids, James (Cheryl) Rhyner, Schofield and John (Kim) Rhyner, Wausau, four great-grandchildren, one half-brother, Norbert (Carolyn) Wieloch, Appleton, one step-brother, John (Rose) Klimek, Appleton, two sisters-in-law, Joan Wieloch, Appleton and Marie Klimek, St. Louis.
Besides her husband, Ivan, and her parents, Lucille was preceded in death by one son, Raymond, one brother, Leonard and one step-brother, Chester Klimek
The funeral mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday, October 20, 2001 at The Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, Wausau. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call Friday from 4 - 7 p.m. at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau and on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of services at the church. There will be a parish vigil service 6:30 p.m. Friday at the Sixth Street funeral home.
