Lucille M. Lunt

Lucille M. "Lucy" Lunt 76, Wausau, died Friday, January 21, 2011 at her residence. Lucy was born November 7, 1934 in the town of Bevent, daughter of the late William and Doris (Tryba) Nigbur. She married Howard F. Lunt on July 9, 1955 at St. Michael Catholic Church, Wausau. He preceded her in death on March 25, 1989. She was employed as a bookkeeper at Sunrise Management Company, Wausau. Her hobbies included knitting and crocheting, bowling, reading. She loved playing cards and working in her flower garden. Lucy was an active member of the Church of the Resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Survivors include her one son Ronald (Sally) Lunt, Plover and their children Erin and Jared Lunt; one son-in-law Jeff Harvey, Minneapolis, MN and his children Chris and Chandler Harvey; three sisters: Caroline Pieper, Wausau; Connie Stanke, Atwater, CA; Jan Kreibich, Verona, WI and two brothers: Larry (Beverly) Nigbur, Wausau and Wally (Jean) Nigbur, Rochester, MN. Lucy is further survived by many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one daughter Laurie and one brother Bill Nigbur. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 28, 2011 at The Church of The Resurrection Of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Wausau. Rev. William Grevatch will preside. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park. Friends may call Friday from 9:30 a.m. until time of service all at church.
