Lottie Pelatzke

Lottie Pelatzke, 86, a former Edgar resident, died Saturday February 23, 2002 at Four Winds Manor Nursing Home, Verona, Wisconsin. She was born March 2, 1915 in Athens, daughter of the late Fred and Lena (Schulthess) Romang. On June 23, 1936 she married Albert Pelatzke in Edgar. He preceded her in death on October 5, 1984. Survivors include two sons, Robert (JoAnne) Pelatzke, Edgar, Ken (Sue) Pelatzke, Madison; three grandchildren, Debbie Lashua, Mary Matushak, Shelly Pelatzke; three great grandchildren, Brittany Pelatzke, Samantha Matushak, MacKenzie Lashua; and a sister-in-law Wanda Keefe, Wausau. She was preceded in death by her husband Albert; five sisters, Olga Shandony, Ruth Hess, Goldie Smits, Marka Buchberger, Myrtle Semerau; and a brother Fred Romang, Jr. The funeral mass will be celebrated 1:00 P.M. Thursday February 28, 2002 at St. John Catholic Church, Edgar. The Rev. Bernard Raschke will preside. Burial will be in the St. John Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. Thursday until the time of service at the church. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Edgar is in charge of arrangements.
