Lottie V. Joswick
90, Wausau died Thursday, February 17, 2011 at Cedar Creek Manor, Kronenwetter.
She was born September 18, 1920 in the town of Peplin, daughter of the late Martin and Mary (Swirski) Sypnieski. On September 20, 1941 she married Leo Joswick in Peplin. He preceded her in death on March 20, 1992.
For more than 20 years Lottie was a mail carrier for Wausau Paper Co. She enjoyed playing cards, cooking, watching the Brewers, spending time with her family, but most of she enjoyed keeping up on her house, both inside and out.
Survivors include her son, Donald (Connie) Joswick, Weston, two grandchildren, Michele (Michael) Kauffman and Cynthia Russeau, four great grandchildren, Jennifer and Nicole Kauffman and Elizabeth and Katherine Russeau, two sisters, Irene Sawczuk, Weston and Mary Purull, Schofield.
Besides her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one son, Ronald Joswick, two brothers, Frank and John and one sister, Ann Daunis.
The funeral mass will be celebrated at Noon, Monday, February 21, 2011 at St. Michael Catholic Church, Wausau. The Rev. Gregory Michaud will preside. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services all at the church.
