Lorraine R. Colcord

Lorraine R. Colcord, 94, Wausau, died Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at Benedictine Living Community of Wausau. She was born October 27, 1921 in the town of Frankfort, daughter of the late John and Elizabeth (Gribowski) Mohr. On August 29, 1942, she married Edward Colcord in the town of Frankfort. He preceded her in death on November 8, 2003. Survivors include, three daughters, Mary (Paul) Lenzner, Merrill, Audrey Bishop, Weston and Donna Borth, Texas; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Besides her parents and husband, Edward, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Janet Rich; one granddaughter, Amy Resch; four sisters, Evelyn Shorey, Bernice Hanneman, Marie Czerwinski and Marcella Tasche; and two brothers, Norman and Lenard Mohr. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 10, 2016 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau. Rev. Robert Thorn will officiate.
