Loretta C. Erdmann

Loretta C. Erdmann 94, Wausau died Monday, February 15, 2010 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. She was born February 2, 1916, daughter of the late Reinhardt and Anna (Kaatz) Hilmershausen. On September 16, 1939 she married Fred Erdmann at Trinity Lutheran Church, Wausau. He preceded her in death on May 22, 1998. Prior to being a homemaker Loretta worked at Marathon Electric for more than 13 years. Survivors include her daughter, Cheryl (Jack) Cordeschi, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, one sister, Berdina Hilmershausen, Wausau and two nieces, Judith Gray and Nancy (Russ) Amacher. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, Doris Beilke and Ardell Huettl. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 18, 2010 at St. Mark Lutheran Church, Wausau. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services all at the church. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in Loretta's name.
