Lloyd Esther Cook

Lloyd Esther Cook 92, a former Unity resident, died Wednesday, December 29, 2004 at Colonial Manor Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Wausau. She was born April 5, 1912 in Stetsonville, daughter of the late Clarence and Myrtle (Herrick) Ravey. On June 14, 1933, she married George Cook in a little brown church in Nashua, Iowa. He preceded her in death. She was a homemaker, a teacher and a member of the Colby Methodist Church for many years. Survivors include one sister, Lyla Woods, Wausau, one daughter-in-law, Delores Cook, Milwaukee, nieces and nephews, cousins, step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren. All her family and friends will miss her. Memorial services will be Sunday, June 26, 2005 at Colby Methodist Church, Colby. Burial will be in the Brighton Cemetery near Unity.
