Lisa M. Mettel

Lisa M. Mettel 44, Wausau, died Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at her home. She was born October 9, 1963 in Batavia, Ill. Lisa was a homemaker and caregiver. Survivors include three children, Chardaye MaGee, Wausau, Chayse (friend, Chelsey Kilty) MaGee, Wausau, and Cierra Harris, Wausau; her parents, Joe and Karen Walta, Hurley; brother, Timothy Mettel, Stevens Point; aunts, uncles and special friends, Mary Jo Zaeger, Lanette Steinagel, Sue Ball , Joe Broussord and Sandy Matteson. She was preceded in death by her mother. Memorial services will be 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 2, 2008, at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth St., Wausau. Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. until the time of services at the Sixth Street funeral home. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in Lisa's name.
