Linda A. Kohn-Koppa

Linda A. Kohn-Koppa 60, Wausau, died Tuesday, August 10, 2010 under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services at Hospice House, Wausau. She was born March 8, 1950 in Milwaukee, daughter of Audrey (Haack) Burns and the late Robert Burns. Linda was a co-owner/realtor for Realty Executives of Wausau and was a member of the Wausau Noon Optimists and the Wausau Builders Association. She loved jewelry and enjoyed decorating. Survivors include her children, Kimberly (David) Wuthenow, Lindenhurst, Ill. and Kristopher Kohn, Wausau; mother, Audrey Burns, Wausau; brother, James (Marianne) Burns, Milwaukee; sister, Diane (George) Gallas, Muskego; sister-in-law, Donna Burns, Franklin, nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends. Besides her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, John Burns. The funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Saturday, August 14, 2010 at St. Matthew Catholic Church, Wausau. The Rev. Robert Thorn will preside. Friends may call Friday from 5 - 8 p.m. at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau and again on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services at the church. There will be a parish prayer service 7 p.m. Friday at the Stewart Avenue funeral home.
