Linda K Kempf

Linda Kay Kempf, 61, Schofield died Thursday, March 13, 2014 under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services at New Horizon, Schofield. She was born May 25, 1952 in Wausau, daughter of the late Walter and Clara (Wadzinski) Kempf. Linda will be fondly remembered by all who knew her as having a happy go lucky personality. She regularly attended the ADS program at the North Central Health Care Center, Wausau. She loved watching TV, listening to music, dancing and giving hugs to whom ever needed them. Survivors include her siblings, Carol (Don) Hess, Phillips, Donald (Joan) Kempf, Wausau, Pat (David) Krake, Weston, Ellen Rustad, Rhinelander, Bonnie (Rod) Fisher, Kronenwetter, Sandy (Don) Marquardt, Wausau and Cathy (Bob) Szekeress, Schofield as well as many many nieces and nephews and all of the caregivers and her friends at New Horizon. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Marvin, one sister, Mary Ann Ruplinger and two nieces Shelly Ruplinger and Faye Hackbarth. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 16, 2014 at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau. The Rev. Timothy Welles will officiate. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call on Sunday from Noon until the time of services all at the Sixth Street funeral home.
