Linda J. Borman

Linda J. Borman, 65, Wausau, passed away on a warm summer day in September of 2026 at her home.

She was born on December 2, 1960, in Medford, Wisconsin, daughter of the late Kenneth and Jean (Marth) Borman.

For many years, Linda worked in the catalog department at Eastbay Inc. in Wausau. Among her favorite pastimes, she grew up playing Sheepshead and enjoyed reading, crocheting, and playing Rummy with her daughter. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.

Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer (Travis) Traska of Kronenwetter; three grandchildren, Kali, Dawson, and Marli Traska; three siblings, Karen (Jan) Troubl, Bruce Borman, and James (Ellen) Borman; sister-in-law, Margaret “Jane” Borman; and many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Borman; and sister-in-law, Cindy Borman.

A Celebration of Life honoring Linda will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 5:00–7:00 p.m. at Dale’s Weston Lanes in Weston, Wisconsin. Light refreshments will be provided.
