Leo G. Marqui

Leo G. Marqui 84, Rib Mountain, died Friday June 23, 2006 at his home. Prior to his retirement, Leo had been employed in the printing trade in Chicago. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the US Navy. Survivors include his wife, Beatrice (Bebeau) Marqui, Rib Mountain, his children, Karen (Stan) Weymer, Glenview, Ill., Thomas (Cecelia) Marqui, Manchester, New Hampshire, Nancy (Peter) Kalas, Arlington Heights, Ill., Mary (Mark) Bisbee, Highlands Ranch, Colo., 13 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. Monday at St. Matthew Catholic Church, Wausau. Burial will be in Memory Gardens, Arlington Heights, Ill. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Mon. until the time of services at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society or the charity of your choice. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau, is in charge of arrangements.
