Kristopher Meshak, 17, 1067 Meehan Drive, Plover, died Sunday January 4, 2004 at St. Joseph Hospital, Marshfield as the result of an automobile accident New Year's day.
He was born March 7, 1986 in Stevens Point son of Jerome Meshak and the late Kathryn (Mrozek) Meshak.
Kristopher was a senior at Stevens Point Area High School (SPASH). He enjoyed fishing, music, video games, building and re-building his dirt bikes and truck, working on the family tree nursery and most especially his friends. Kris made friends easily, loved growing trees and working the nursery, he will be sadly missed by his loving family and all who knew him.
Survivors include his father and step-mother Jerome (Chari) Meshak, Plover; one brother, Timothy (Kari) Meshak, Wisconsin Rapids; two step-brothers, Benjamin Bendorf and Robert Bendorf, both of Boscobel; his paternal grandmother, Esther Meshak, Stevens Point; a niece, Kamilla Meshak, WIisconsin Rapids; aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother Kathryn Meshak on September 14, 2002.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Friday, January 9, 2004 at St. Bronislava Catholic Church, Plover. Rev. James Tremp will officiate. Friends may call Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
