Kristie "Mazie" Schneider

On the morning of August 22, 2024, Kristie “Mazie” Schneider 77, of Wausau passed away at her home after a courageous battle with several health issues.

Mazie was born to Sylvia & Louis Wadzinski in 1947.  She married Duke (Arlynn) Schneider in the fall of 1980. Mazie had several careers from cake decorating to working at Kolbe & Kolbe window and door.

She is proceeded in death by her parents, several siblings, her husband Duke and her stepdaughter Angela Marie Spoar.

She is survived by her son Matthew Wadzinski & wife Abby, two stepdaughters Gina Schneider and Sara Bettin (special friend Charles), five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and her brothers.

Per Mazie’s request there will be a small private funeral at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home with burial at Pine Grove Cemetery.
