Kevin Joseph Hauptman

Kevin J. Hauptman, 35, Wausau, died unexpectedly on Monday, January 31, 2022 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

He was born May 7, 1986, in Dallas, Texas, son of Vaclav and Linda (Minyard) Hauptman.

Kevin graduated from the ITT Technical Institute in San Antonio, Texas and earned his degree in Systems Management.  Among his favorite pastimes, he enjoyed gaming, going for long walks and spending time with his family, especially with his niece and nephew.

Survivors include, his mother, Linda Hauptman, Wausau; his sister, Karen (Joshua) Cather, Wausau; his nephew, Jackson; and his niece, Jayden.

He was preceded in death by his father, Vaclav.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at Pine Grove Cemetery, Wausau.
