Kenneth H. Zoromski
61, 6400 Bittersweet Road, Rib Mountain, died Monday, January 10, 2005 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital under the care of Comfort Care and Hospice Services.
He was born November 28, 1943 in Wausau, son of Theresa (Wanta) Zoromski, Rib Mountain and the late Ben Zoromski. On May 1, 1987, he married Marlene Mostrom at The Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, Wausau. She survives.
Kenneth had been employed at Wausau Homes for 33 years. He had been a member of Army Reserves. Among his many interests, he enjoyed woodworking, camping, fishing and golfing.
Survivors include his wife, Marlene Zoromski, Rib Mountain; his mother, Theresa Zoromski, Rib Mountain; two daughters, Michelle (Donald) Boehm, Merrill and Juelle (Bobby) Whippler, Rib Mountain; a step daughter, Chris Nareau; three step sons, Gary (Lisa) Bornheimer, Mosinee, Jody (Terri) Bornheimer, Mosinee and Robert Throop, Brainerd, Minn.; eleven grandchildren; three brothers, Donald (Janet) Zoromski, Germantown, Eugene (Mary) Zoromski, Rib Mountain and Gary (Christine) Zoromski, Rib Mountain; and many nieces and nephews.
The funeral mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 14, 2005 at The Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, Wausau. Rev. Joseph Gyim-Austin will preside. Entombment will be in the Garden of Eternal Rest Mausoleum, Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau, and again at 10:00 a.m. Friday until time of services at the church. A parish vigil service will be 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the Stewart Avenue funeral home.
