Kenneth W. Behling

Kenneth W. Behling, 77, Wausau, died Thursday, September 17, 2009 at St. Mary's Hospital, Rhinelander. He was born October 22, 1931 in Wausau, son of the late Walter and Viola (Werner) Behling. On October 28, 1961 he married Mary Ann VanderSanden in Westboro, Wisconsin. Kenneth was a United States Army veteran. He was an Assistant Vice President at Wausau Insurance, retiring after 35 years of service. Kenneth enjoyed hunting, fishing, wild flowers and just being outdoors. He loved life and his family. Survivors include, wife, Mary Ann Behling, Wausau, two sons, Nathan (Diane) Behling, Green Bay and Christopher (Cheryl) Behling, Edina, Minn., three grandchildren, Bennett, Sophia and Emily and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Gerald. A private family memorial service will be held. Public visitation will be 2:00 - 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau.
