Kathryn M. Romang

Kathryn M. Romang 94, Athens died Saturday, December 22, 2007 at Colonial Center, Colby. She was born February 6, 1913 in Athens, daughter of the late Adam and Edith (Wood) Young. On June 1, 1938, she married Edward Romang in Dubuque, Iowa. He preceded her in death on February 22, 1989. Survivors include, one brother, Eugene Young, Amarillo, Texas; one sister-in-law. Rose Lehman, Athens; and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, Edward, she was preceded in death by one brother, Ralph Young; and three sisters, Buelah Harder, Ruth Wilhelm and Marjorie Bohner. Memorial services will be held in May of 2008. A full obituary will run at a later date. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Athens is in charge of arrangements.
