Katherine "Kathy" M. Scholz

Katherine "Kathy" M. Scholz, 58, Hatley, died Thursday, July 24, 2014 under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services at Hospice House, Wausau. She was born November 7, 1955 in Dover, Delaware to Nancy (Lamp) Festge. On December 14, 1973 she married Gerald "Jerry" Scholz in Milwaukee. Kathy's grandchildren were her pride and joy and she cherished all the time spent with them. She will be greatly missed by her husband, Jerry Scholz; children, Brian (Amber) Scholz and Angela (Brad) Conklin; grandchildren, Madeline and Delilah; her mother, Nancy Festge; and sisters, Sandy Hoffman, Sherry (Scott) Jeske, Donna (Serafin) Fierros, Pam Festge and Tori Festge and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Marie, a sister, Robin Festge and her dad, Robert Festge. Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 9, 2014 at the Peaceful Rest Cemetery, 5400 Hwy 153, Bevent (Hatley) WI.
