Karon M. Czerwinski

Karon M. Czerwinski, 70, Wausau died Sunday, June 22, 2014 at Mount View Care Center, Wausau. She was born October 17, 1943 in Wausau, daughter of the late Edward and Genevieve (McCloskey) Stadler. On September 14, 1962 she married Raymond Czerwinski at Holy Name Catholic Church, Wausau. He survives. For many years Karon did housekeeping for the Best Western and Rib Mountain Inn, both in Rib Mountain and she also worked for the Wausau School District and Marathon Press. Some of her favorite pastimes included knitting, reading and spending time with her family. Survivors include her husband Raymond Czerwinski, Wausau, one son, Craig (Jennifer) Czerwinski, Weston, four grandchildren, Austin, Parker, Carly and Aiden Czerwinski, one sister, Charlene (Don) Goretski, Wausau, one sister-in-law, Shirlee Stadler, Florida, one brother, Jerome Meyers, Wabeno and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Karon was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Duane Stadler and two sisters, Joyce Stadler and Sharon Meyers. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 26, 2014 at The Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, Wausau. The Rev. Thomas Huff will preside. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services all at the church.
