June M. Maier

June M. Maier 74, Wausau, died Thursday June 5, 2008 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. She was born February 6, 1934, in Wausau, daughter of the late Leo and Martha (Hoppa) Korth. On October 29, 1955, she married Lawrence Maier in Wausau. He survives. June was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Lawrence Maier, Wausau, four children, John (Nancy) Maier, Wausau, Linda (Elmer) Krueger, Merrill, Mary (Byron) Carter and Robert (Shauna) Maier, all of Utah, five grandsons and two brothers, Valentino Korth, Seattle, Wash., and Leo Korth Jr., Portland, Ore. Private burial services will be at Pine Grove Cemetery, Wausau. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau, is in charge of arrangements.
