Joyce M. Kolbe

Joyce M. Kolbe Joyce M. Kolbe, 75, met her Savior on October 19, 2010 after a long and courageous battle with lung disease. Joyce was the daughter of Robert and Stella Kinney, born October 28, 1934, in Wausau. On April 11, 1953, Joyce married Edmond Koskey and they were blessed with seven children. He preceded her in death in 1974. Through the years, she had been a very active member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Wausau. On July 5, 2002, Joyce married Charles Kolbe of Wausau. She and Charles were once high school sweethearts. They spent their years together as very active members and leaders of the local and statewide chapters of the Masonic Lodge and Shriners. In addition, they spent as much time as possible at their summer residence in Northern Wisconsin. Joyce was employed at the Marathon County Highway Department for 49 A
