John Kesey

June 30, 1941 — January 28, 2008

John "Jack" A. Kesey 66, Schofield, died Monday, January 28, 2008 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. He was born June 30, 1941 in the town of Knowlton, son of the late Edward and Dorothea (Dahm) Kesy. Jack served his country in the United States Army from 1962 until 1965 and worked at several factories including SNE, Wausau Metals and Federal Mogul. Time outdoors hunting and fishing was special to Jack and to his friends he was known as Crappie Jack. Survivors include his sister, Mary Ann Luedtke, Wausau; brother, Thomas (Janet) Kesy, Weston; nieces, nephews and friends, Steve "Pumpkin" and Julie and children. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law, Donald Lee Luedtke. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, February 2, 2008 at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 6th Street, Wausau. Deacon Robert Anderson will officiate. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Kronenwetter. Friends may call Friday from 4-8 pm and again Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Wausau.
