John Joseph Kalinoski

John J. Kalinoski, 86, Wausau, died Thursday July 24, 2003, under the care of Comfort Care and Hospice Services at Community Health Care Wausau Hospital. He was born August 8, 1916, in St. Paul, Minn. son of the late Joseph and Mary (Smofski) Kalinoski. On February 16, 1946, he married Elizabeth Telisczak in Superior. She survives. John was a veteran of WW II having served in the U.S. Army Air Corps. He retired in 1977 from the Wausau School District. He loved his family and enjoyed fishing. Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Kalinoski, Wausau; two sons, John E. (Francine) Kalinoski, Lodi, William (Michelle) Kalinoski, Wausau; two daughters, Carol (Julio) Perez, Madison, Maxine Beam, Wausau; six grandchildren, one great grandson; and one sister, Frances Russell, Inver Grove Hts., Minn. Family memorial services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau, is in charge of arrangements.
