John R. Greisch

John R. Greisch, age 81, Edgar, died Sunday, March 17, 2013 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. He was born December 22, 1931 in Wausau, son of the late Cleatus and Lydia (Zimmerman) Greisch. John served his country in the United States Army. He loved going to Road America and enjoyed racing, basketball and football, especially the Green Bay Packers. Survivors include his brother, Jerome Greisch, Edgar; and many cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. The funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at St. John Catholic Church, Edgar. The Rev. Robert Streveler will preside. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services all at the church. A special thank you to Tami and Randy for all the care and help you have provided over the years.
