John ''Jack'' Corazalla

March 18, 1936 — December 5, 2002

John 'Jack' Corazalla 66, 7112 Forest Street, Schofield, died Thursday December 5, 2002 at St. Joseph Hospital Palliative Care Unit, Marshfield. He was born March 18, 1936 in Schofield, son of Mildred (Muelver) Corazalla, Schofield, and the late John Corazalla. On November 19, 1971 he married Greta Krienke in Wausau. She survives. Prior to his retirement, Jack had been employed for thirty years at K-Mart as manager of the Automotive and Sporting Goods Departments. After retirement, he drove Laidlaw school bus for handicapped children. Jack served for nine years in the National Guard. Survivors include his wife, Greta Corazalla, Schofield, his mother, Mildred Corazalla, Schofield, two sons, John 'Tony' Corazalla, Mosinee, Jeffrey Corazalla, Bancroft, two daughters, Jennifer Schmitt and Dana (Richard) Dutton, all of Schofield, two grandchildren, one brother, Fabian (Barbara) Corazalla, Birnamwood and one sister, Bonnie Marino, Illinois. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Saturday December 7, 2002 at St. Therese Catholic Church, Rothschild. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Kronenwetter. Friends may call on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at the church. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
