Jayne A. Kole

Jayne A. Kole, 67, died Wednesday, December 25, 2024, at her home in Pearson.

She was born March 18, 1957, in Wausau, daughter of the late Adam and Shirley (Sobkowiak) Zajackowski.  On July 9, 1983, she married Ronald Kole at St. Therese Catholic Church, Rothschild.

Jayne worked for over 30 years at Kolbe and Kolbe Millwork.  She was always there to support her sons, attending all their sporting events and helping whenever needed. She was a longtime resident of Weston and after retirement her and Ron moved to their up North home on Rolling Stone Lake in Pearson.  Jayne was an avid hobbyist and enjoyed ceramics, crafting, making cards and helping with Christmas baskets for the Ringle VFW.  She attended many craft shows and looked forward to her annual trip to Warrens Cranberry Festival as well as Ringle Fest.  She also loved cooking, baking and was always trying out new recipes to share with her family.  Jayne taught second grade religious education for the communion class, served a term as secretary for the St. Therese Little Flower Council and volunteered for many other church functions.

Survivors include her husband, Ronald; children, Shane (Leslie McGowan) Kole and Jarrod Kole; grandchildren, Davis, Thomas and Delia; siblings, Raymond (Sue) Zajackowski, Theresa (Chad) Levenseller, Diane Zajackowski; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Also her little boy, Buttons the cat.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Amanda Jayne and her father and mother-in-law, Stanley (Bertha) Kole.

The funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 10, 2025, at St. Therese Catholic Church, Rothschild.  Visitation will be Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service all at St. Therese Catholic Church, Rothschild.
