Janette M. Wallace 70, Wausau, died Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. She was born September 17, 1941 in Aniwa, daughter of the late George and Hazel (Mortenson) Mogensen. Janette was currently employed with Northern Valley Industries, Wausau. Among her favorite pastimes, she enjoyed taking walks, playing cards, going out to eat and shopping. Survivors include, three sons, John Wallace, Aniwa, Joe Wallace and James Wallace, both of Wausau; ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; six siblings, Vivian Nelson, Aniwa, Phyllis Ament, Wausau, Harley (Sylvia) Mogensen, Arizona, Arlene (Oliver) Hoppe, Aniwa, Charlotte (Jerry) Bown, Rhinebeck, Iowa and Karen (Ron) Frye, New Hope; and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John; one daughter, Cathy Dalbec; one granddaughter, Allison Wallace; three brothers; and one sister. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 26, 2012 at Zion Lutheran Church, Wausau. Rev. Steven Gjerde will officiate. Entombment will be in the Garden of Eternal Rest Mausoleum, Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the church.
