Janet B. Polaski

Janet B. Polaski, 73, Hatley, died Wednesday, August 21, 2013 under the care of Aseracare Hospice at the Homme Home in Wittenberg. She was born August 17, 1940 in Hatley, daughter of the late Floyd and Dorothy (Bemke) Kiedrowski. On August 19, 1960, she married Douglas G. Polaski in Hatley. He preceded her in death on October 6, 2012. Among her favorite pastimes, she enjoyed gardening and her flowers. Survivors include, three children, Thomas (Dawn) Polaski, Duluth, Minn., Russel (Tina) Polaski, San Tan Valley, Ariz. and Jackie (John) Cherek, Hatley; five grandchildren, Robert Polaski, Eric Polaski, Casey Cherek, Jenna (Adam) Knight and Jamie Polaski; two great-grandsons, Jackson Knight and Carson Polaski; her mother-in-law, Florence Polaski, Neenah; one sister, Dolores Manzeck, Milwaukee; and one brother, Gary (Mary) Kiedrowski, Hatley. The memorial mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at St. Florian Catholic Church, Hatley. Rev. Roy Witucki will preside. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. Friends may call Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the church.
