Jane E. (Gnat) Pawelski

Jane E. Pawelski, 76, Weston passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

She was born September 30, 1947 in Antigo, daughter of the late Richard and Gladys (Walters) Gnat.  On June 28, 1977 she married Anthony “Tony” Pawelski in Antigo.  He survives.

Jane was a registered nurse for many years in the Wausau area.  Some of her favorite pastimes included watching NASCAR races, knitting, crocheting and doing cross stitch.

Survivors include her husband, Tony Pawelski, Weston, her son, John Pawelski, Weston and her step sons, Peter (Allyson) Pawelski and Paul (Tara) Pawelski, 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.  She is further survived by a sister, Joyce Schoepke, Wausau and a nephew, Bill (Stacy) Schoepke, Wausau.
