JanaDe Ruth Lotzer, 26, Athens, was called home to be with the Lord on Wednesday June 5, 2013, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born September 17, 1986, to Bruce and Donna (Heldt) Lotzer. She graduated from Athens High School in 2005 and attended North Central Technical College. She was employed by Equity Livestock Corp. of Stratford.
She is survived by her parents, Bruce and Donna (Heldt) Lotzer, Athens; her sister, JaNae (Kenneth) Schug, Edgar; her brother, Justin (Tami) Lotzer, Marathon; the Love of her life, Jonathan Dohm and his son Dylan; her foster sister, Julie Kremz, Abbotsford; her grandmothers, Ruth Heldt, Athens and Delores Lotzer, Merrill; three nieces, Kenesha and Kendra Schug and Tiana Lotzer; and two nephews, Kyren Schug and Ethan Lotzer.
She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Arthur Heldt and Ellsworth Lotzer.
She loved spending time with her family and friends and loved going deer hunting with her father. JanaDe enjoyed fishing and camping and also loved to travel. Her tender heart led her to rescue many animals. She was a kind and compassionate person that deeply touched many lives and will forever be missed and remembered.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday June 10, 2013 at Christ United Church, Athens. Rev. Teri Hanson will officiate. Friends may call on Sunday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Peterson Kraemer Funeral Home, Athens, and again on Monday from 9-11 a.m. until time of services at the church.
