Jamie L. Berna

Jamie L. Berna, 30, died Tuesday, August 26, 2014 as the result of an automobile accident. She was born April 28, 1984, in Wausau, daughter of Keith Peters and Christine Berna. Jamie was currently working as a waitress but had aspirations of going back to school. She was very creative and had a passion for drawing and painting. She had a big heart and infectious smile that could light up a room. Above all else, Jamie loved her children and spending time with them. Survivors include her three children, Alexis, Aiden and Ariana; fiancAC., Samuel Thao; her mother, Christine Berna; father, Keith Peters; paternal grandmother, MaryAnn Peters; aunt, Susan Berna-Lockhart; uncle, Daniel (Melanie) Berna; the Thao family and many other cousins, relatives and friends. Jamie will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Funeral services will be 4:00 p.m. Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Wausau Alliance Church, 2125 Franklin Street, Wausau. Rev. Greg Schmidt will officiate. Friends may call Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services all at the church. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Wausau, is in charge of arrangements.
