James C. Wakely

James C. "Curt" Wakely 61, Wausau died Monday, December 27, 2010 at Mount View Care Center under the care of Asera Care Hospice. Curt worked at J.I. Case in Schofield for many years and also was the former owner/operator of the Kelly Club in Weston. Survivors include his wife Mary Wakely, Wausau, his children, Stacy (Todd) Mosser, Sioux Falls, S.D. and Marcy (Joe) Fortier, Rhinelander, three grandchildren, his siblings, Andy Egly, Fort Collins, CO, Monica Conrad, Cape Cod, FL, Beth Shepard, Janesville, Brian (Lynn) Wakely, Rhinelander and David Wakely, Milwaukee, his step children, Shane Krueger, Wausau and Trudy Keppers, Weston, his step mother, Sue Wakely, Rhinelander, his brother, Steve Wakely, Rhinelander, his sisters, Kim (Mark) Haug, Portage and Becky Koeferl, Muskego along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. Friday December 31, 2010 at The Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street. The Rev. Joy Nelson-Jeffers will officiate. Friends may call on Friday from 3:00 p.m. until the time of services all at the Sixth Street funeral home.
