James E. Piaszak

James "Jimmy" Piaszak, 78, Wausau died Sunday, March 6, 2016 at his home. He was born October 24, 1937 in Wausau, son of the late Eugene and Leona (Krejci) Piaszak. For many years Jimmy worked in the maintenance department at Wausau Homes until his retirement. He enjoyed fishing, going out for a cup of coffee and he loved to drive around and check things out. Survivors include his two daughters, Tammy Sanchez, Houston, Texas and Vicky Garza, Wausau, three grandchildren and one great grandchild. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 11, 2016 at St. Michael Catholic Church, Wausau. The Rev. William Grevatch will preside. Burial will be in St. Michael Catholic Cemetery, Wausau. Friends may call on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services all at the church.
