James R. Essex

James R. Essex 83, Wausau died Thursday, October 27, 2011 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. James was an over the road truck driver. He also served his country in the United States Navy. Survivors include his wife, Lucy Essex, Wausau, his children, Lucie (Gary) Schumacher, Stetsonville, Elizabeth Zych, Ohio, James (Cindy) Essex Jr., White Bear Lake, Minn., and Victoria (Clifford) Kroening, Weston, 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and one brother, Maurice (Harriet) Essex, Ohio. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one son Thomas Essex and one grandson Albert Essex. Private family services will be held at a later date. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau is in charge of arrangements.
